<p>I write this complaint feeling very annoyed its about the 7th time now where a broker /consultant from Old Mutual **********ly uses my details to open a policy .This has now became stranous to me as nothing is being done ,clearly Old Mutual has no care in the world about such issues. I am always told forensic department is working on it but i get no feedback afterwards . I would like Old mutual to really take this matter serious ad this is damaging the image of their business. I would like this policy cancelled immediately and my money refunded back to me urgently ,i would also like to get feedback on who is behind all of this ***** . THANKS</p>
