***** - 2 advisors earning from my policy

Hi ! I opened an old mutual policy with an advisory (One advisor ) back then in 2009. I recently logged on my app just to check if everything is in order . I discovered that there were 2 more advisors on my profile who were earning from my policy from me unaware. I wouldn’t have nominated 2 more advisors when I’m still in contact with the primary who earns about R110 from my policy. Yes ! Sometimes I do get calls from different advisors offering to review my policy, maybe on that call I’d ask a general question but I have not ever approved adding 2 additional advisors . It does not make sense to do so. I sent an email to old mutual to remove those advisors , in their response they wanted me to send them a signed letter in order for them to action my request . I did not send any letter asking for additional 2 advisors why do I have to do that now ? I’m asking kindly for Old mutual to remove the 2 advisors and kindly deposit all the monies they have collected into my bank account. It’s ***** what y’all are doing and from how many clients that are unaware are you benefiting from ?
