i had the worst experience money has been deducted out of my account for any policy i never sign or knew about asked to cancel it and have revers back in august policy only got cancel after another debt order went off in September sad part is that they only revers a R199.00 back in to my account i was told a ***** case has been open will hear from them in 5working days and yet i haven't heard anything

12 Oct 2021, 08:52I had it with you guys I'm feed up you guys took at the end of august the amount R300 out of my account for a savings policy I then called to have it cancel and refunded back as I was not aware of the policy it took you guys two months for it to be cancel I basically had to go back in to the branch and do the cancelation a ***** case was open and was told IL hear from you guys in five working days then another debt went off end of September of R300 only R199 was refunded back and now the money of august was refunded but only a R100 what the hell happened to my other money I will make sure that people don't join any policy by you guys as this is poor service you guys took full amount out of my bank account with out me knowing and then just refund a portion I want to know what happen to September full 300rand as well as august and don't try and say its fees of refunding as in the first place you guys had no right to debt anything
