Frastrated by Old Mutual

My story beings like this, my father was a policy holder at old mutual, not one but many policies and he passed away on the 05 August 20. Our efforts to claim these policies have been futile. We have been told all sorts of rediculous stories, including that they are still processing and that there is no time frame. It is stated on their website that claims take 48 hours, but nothing has materialized. They do not contact us, there is no feed back, when you call them they give you a different story all the time. I am so disappointed and annoyed by their service.. Told me the polices have lapsed becouse he did not pay on the 25 August 2018 but he passed away on 05th of August 2018, Me and my brother claimed his retirement fund in March 2019 and we are just running in circles nothing has been paid till today the 6th of December 2019 telling us its still in process since March 2019..... They are full of lies I even want to take them to media...
