Forever to cancel investment

I app**** to cancel my investment with old mutual did a full surrender in branch on my email form it says 5 workig days to pay out now its been 7 days havent been paid out im impatient and waiting my account is in arrears because old mutual i cancel amd still have the nerve to debit order frm my account when i cancelled i mailed gsgroup for them to tel me il get the money back still waiting you guys are fast debit and take my money when u opem an investment but take fprever to pay people back its absolute ****
