Following up on an outstanding issue and after 4 weeks of back and forths, Elizabeth Ngidi person responsible has blocked by email address after requesting her to keep all comms via email in case of further escalations. Today out of nowhere after interacting with this email address *** for over 4 weeks, suddenly I get an undelivered email. My policy #: 69345SB***7.
