Follow up on a Claim

I got a response from old Mutual, they said claims department have sent a follow up to the investigator to supply them with the information they need A.S.A.P. I am not sure wheather they have been waiting for this investigator to respond to them for 12 months because they have been saying this for 12 months.

The issues still stands and as a family we are waiting. Maybe the investigator will take another 12 months to respond to them. It shows that Old Mutual will only respond when clients complain because they have been sitting with this for over a year now.
