Focused financial Advisor - Unprofessional

Good day, Two days ago I was given a quote for which I asked for (retrenchment plan). In the quote death benefits was included. I then asked the advisor (in reply to the email) can I only get a quote for the retrenchment plan only as I do have death benefits with another company and I'm happy. I've also asked to be phoned after 5pm as it'is difficult to take calls during working hours. All calls where done during the day which I couldnt answer as I was in meetings, received no call after 5pm. I also emailed the advisor why I couldnt answer, then he wanted to make up a package that would save me money if i take death benefits with you so I said okay he can give me the new quote then, which I'm also still waiting for. This was his reply after I said I cant talk: "I tried calling but no answer in any case I understand you might be happy at Sanlam but where ever you can try and score more is obviously going to be better for you at the end of the day so I might bring you cheaper in that Sanlam where I can maybe save you’re an extra R200 to R300 but its up to you. That’s savings could go towards your car insurance just saying!" - to which I agreed to for the new quote. This morning I asked him to please just tell me if I can take only the retrenchment plan, like I've asked the first time as I want to start finalising everything and don't want to wait for this new quote. If I cant't get only that I want to contact onther company where I can get ONLY the retrenchment plan. This is the type of reply you r Financial advisors send me: "Good day I think you cant get your facts straight by all means don’t waist my time take your business some where else if you so please thank you. Business needs to be conducted over the recorded line!" If this is how you want business, I won't advise anyone to go to old mutual. I've asked for the manager to get in contact with me, which I have a feeling won't happen.
