flexi refund

Onthe 4th of November 2015 I applaid for Pay out of my flexi pension fund. Loretta was allowcated to me as a consultant I send all the document back the same day. after a week I phoned the call Center as I could not get hold of Loretta to find out how far pay out is Natalie said they did not receive the forms.I then emaild them back On the 11 November they adviced me that one of the forms was not signed I send the signed form back the same day Loretta only send the signed for to the pay out staff on the 20 November.<br> II now will have to wait another 15 working days for a pay out that should take only 15 days. worst off all they wont give a person a mangagers number to complaint.
