FLABBERGASTED BY THEIR *** SERVICE

I'm very disgusted by ur service ... Iv been an Old mutual member for 10 years now..my dad passed away in 2021 I covered him with 2 policies the other one payed cos it was an old policy but the other one ddnt pay cos he passed away 2months after joining so it ddnt mature ... Ok 2 years later I get a call from some guy who was trying to sell me life cover only to find out that u still deducting from my persal for 2 years for the policy that ddnt mature Went to the branch on the 15 Feb 2023 to enquire i was told its true and I shud submit all the relevant documents and I did ok i was told theyl pay me within 10 working days ...I waited ..went to the Chris Hani Baragwanath ( soweto branch ) still no help ...was told to call the head office and I dd that ..ppl from head office told me to wait THE I.T DEPARTMENT IS STILL INVESTIGATING I must wait for 30 days 30 DAYS LATER I went to the branch still nothing but I'm told my case is being resolved I must wait another 10 days I waited and I'm still waiting ...u telling me to b patient with u guys ..iv been patient for far too long ...3 months later I'm still waiting and I'm not getting any help not even communication ...I have to run around like a headless chicken just to get the money that u owe me ...😡...
