FIX IT OR GIVE ME BACK ALL MY CONTRIBUTIONS

I joined Old Mutual through a friend, this is a decision i regret. i should have stayed where i was. my Advisor is RHIDAH PETERSEN and the PA is ZAIDE ZIERVOGEL. why the fudge does this advisor have a PA as between the 2 of them they cannot get my ish right?

I am worried that if any of the people i have on this funeral policy die, i will not be paid out because of their mistake. in my policy i am supposed to have, myself, My spouse, little sister, Son, Mother and father. When i added my mother in law the trouble started, where they removed my mother, i emailed back they included her than swoped the names and ID's around. I e-mailed again it was fixed. Then i asked to add my father in law as from end January, they come back to me with an updated list which has my Son twice, My sister removed, my Mother removed, No Mother/Father in law.

I would like a new Advisor who knows their job, i do not want to e-mail back and forth, i do not work for Old Mutual, they should be working for me. IF old mutual cannot do this, may i please have all my premiums back that i have paid over the years so i can look for a funeral cover that knows what they are doing.

with all these discrepancies you guys will turn around and say sorry this person was not covered and forget that it was your fault, yet monthly you are deducting money from me.

The person who calls me next, better know what they are doing and i am very flabbergasted right now.
