Fix it!!

You guys debited my account on a day i never agreed to, i have been stating for weeks now that you have the wrong terms of my policy even worse you come and debit my account on The wrong date after i have stated so many times that you have the wrong date and i needed to change the terms on that policy, i need you to fix this before i take this matter further. You keep transfering me to numbers that take me nowhete and today you go into my account and debit money without my authorization!!
