Five Weeks Still no Tax Certificate

I am extremely unhappy with the service which I have received at Old Mutual with providing my Tax Certificate for Retirement Annuity 69253P ********** 52. I mean how difficult can it be, to print a piece of paper. I have visited the branch on three occassions and each time they have placed a request with head office, giving a 2 week turnaround time. At this rate SARS will close before I get my Tax Certificate. Fed up Tsakane Baloyi
