Five months later I still haven't received payout from my Provident fund

<p>I started working for PicknPay in 2004 and was dismissed in 2016 Jan 20th. I submitted all the requested documents for my provident inJanuary but to this day I have not received a single penny. It is frustrating because one I gave all that was requested and I'm currently unemployed I could use with the money. I was unders SACCAWU and our fund is administered by Old Mutual. I went to a branch in Jabulani mall in May and I still didn't get any assistance this is long overdue now. Please can you make payout already. ID ***..., Nokuthula Magubane.
