Financial advisor complaint.

FINANCIAL PLANNER - MR JJ van Rooyen My parents has Lifetime Annuity with Old Mutual. They received an Income review document to complete. They have no idea how to do this. They had the same issue last year. The above financial adviser was contacted last year, he never came back to them. This year same story. He came to see them on a regular basis until 2018. Since then they have not been able to contact him on the number provided. They have left voice messages, send emails, we have tried to contact Old Mutual themselves, NO JOY. This is shocking service. A financial advisor expects them to make life changing decisions to their income without them having any knowledge of what the terminology and calculations etc means that they are asked to complete on the document. They do not have the knowledge to do these kind of calculations.
