Finally submitted my tax return thanks to Ms. Jo-Anne Swart!!!

After months of several HelloPeter complaints, endless phone calls and emails, I finally manage to call Old Mutual and find someone to help me with what I’ve been struggling for months.

A special thank you to Ms Jo-Anne Swart. We spoke on the 29th of Jan and you manage to point me in the right direction. Immediately after our conversation and after you emailed me I was able to complete and submit my tax return. The information you provided was super useful and provided clarity on the issue I had been having.

Side note: I’m really disappointed that everyone else that I spoke to didn’t have this information and I was sent from pillar to post for months. But anyway...
