Filing system bad
In april this year I had to complete a Tax residency form. They promised I would never have to complete it again when I make a withdrawal .
But today, they emailed me again asking me to complete the form. I then call in to complain and the service provider could not help me. I find that Old Mutual does not value me as a client.
I am really not happy with them. Do they not file their documents. What is going on at their offices?
