Fenural cover

I have a funeral cover policies with them and have made agreements with them that I don't want my policies premiums increasing annually and it's been like that for past years and suddenly I receive an SMS advising on increase without discussing that with me. This is a ****** *****, just because they now having lot of claims from Covid19 they feel just can just increase the clients premiums without discussing with them. My policy number is 69345SB***2, I m sick and tired of such treatment. I have never made a claim and they take advantage that I can't leave them after I have been paying so much.
