Feeling ****med by Old Mutual Group Schemes

My mom had a "Paid up" funeral policy with Old mutual group schemes. They contacted her to tell her the policy is paid up and no further payments are necessary.

My Dad passed away in August and they paid out less than what the policy should have paid. She contributed to this policy for over 20 years.

Their service is so shocking, she requested this query / complaint to be escalated, to date no one has contacted her!
