Send e mail, documentation & Claim Form to Old Mutual Claims, on 4 Nov 2020 advising I have been retrenched. I have a policy in place for Retrenchment. Still waiting for Someone to get the "Process Going"! They say that "They are by our side through this journey to claim"?

I feel like I have been Abandoned and Left alone?????

Never expected this type of Treatment from Old Mutual

Nobody has bothered to response or help me out - Instead all there is happening, "IS SILENCE"

This did NOT explain the reason why "Things were Changed a& Not Communicated??

So do me a favor, stop Beating about the Bush and Do something. Is it Too much for someone to phone and explain??
