I am trying to sell some of my units from a group scheme, I went to a branch ,took all the paper work necessary for the transaction ,on the transaction summary they stipulated it should take five days, after a week ,I called the hot line number ,to see why it is taking so long ,their response was ,the branch did not send all the documents to the head office, they recommended ,I send a application from my e-mail with all the relevant documents ,<br> I never received any feed back or any transaction from Old Mutual
