In 2018 I app**** to be paid for my mental disability from policy:

Contracting party: RENATA SHAH Contract number: *** Contract start date: 17 March 2016

I was told that I did not qualify because the disability was not accidental

Old Mutual definition of accidental is as follows:

"An accident is an external, unexpected event that is not traceable, even indirectly, to the life covered's state of mental or physical health before the event."

My mental disability is accidental as I never had a problem before I was harassed at work which led to my illness

As well, I asked that it be looked into and a year later I am still waiting

I also requested that the policy be cancelled once reviewed but I am still paying monthly premiums

Can someone please do their job right
