Fed up with Old Mutual Group Schemes

<p>I am fedup of old mutual group schemes, I have lodged a surrender on my daughter's policy on the 06.02.2017 and to date the funds have not reflected on her bank account. Whenever I call they keep on telling me that they have escalated the matter and that another department which they cannot transfer me to is busy with it. Today I called and spoke to a consultant by the name of Melisa who informed me that the turn around for the payout on surrenders is 5 working days...now I ask myself "why is mine taking a month" please......assist Hello Peter.</p>
