Fed-up of Lying Clowns

It appears that Old Mutual's mission is to waste their Client's time. I have been waiting for Old Mutual to process a retirement fund transfer for over one month now. When I call, it takes over 30 minutes for a call to be answered.

The agents seem trained to lie and do so convincingly too. My tax documents were submitted incorrectly, despite the correct information clearly being indicated on the forms.

I can't wait for my money to be released by this unprofessional circus. I now understand the rationale behind dragging a corpse into Old Mutual's offices!
