Fed up client

I contacted old mutual to make changes to my portfolio, the person on the phone could not assist me and couldn't get hold of someone that can. She then said someone will call me back that afternoon. It's two days later and no phone call. And unfortunately this is the second time this has happened. I am so fed up with old mutual.
