Fauls advertising and poor client service
I have a money account with old mutual, for the past 3 months i have been pleeding with them so reliese my funds from forex. With no luck as soon i request that they reverse or send the funds to the sender coz I've been sending them proof of payment and signing their documents as requested.
But as soon i request that they send the funds back to the sender they decide to credit my money account and suspend the account with my funds. Which means i don't have access to my funds the one i have been pleeding with them for 3 months to reliese. With no reason on my side why the account is suspended.
