I went to Old mutual to enquire about a loan and they say on the system my loan was written of but my loan was up through they prescribed lawyers and it was more then 3 years ago . I paid up the lawyers and don't understand as to why it is saying write off . Please explain to me I truly fail to understand how a debt was written off before 3 years elapsed and was paid up with the assigned law firm. Clarify please
