False Promises & Incorrect Information

I Took out a savings policy with Old Mutual. It was said that I would be able to withdraw money EACH December to use as I please. After about a year,I needed some money to fix the car.I made a withdrawal. 2 more years passed & I need money again & made another withdrawal. This year my husband lost his job,our debit orders for our life insurances began to bounce.I figured,I needed the money badly & tried to make another withdrawal to pay them.I was told that I am not allowed another withdrawal as I already made 2 withdrawals.Nobody told me about this. Then I tried to cancel the policy to get my money, but this also was not allowed.Even if I cancel I can only get my money back in December 2017!I stopped paying the instalment & got a letter now that says if I don't continue with payments they will deduct the monthly fee till there's nothing left.If I decide to continue paying there will be fees of R32.59 and R300 deducted from the savings. What kind of \savings"**** is this? Why do I have a savings plan if I cannot use the money? They don't even want to refund me the instalments I paid for the last 5 years! I have been a customer for 15 years.Never in my life have I had such bad service."""
