False promises and waste of time

5months ago i app**** for a loan, i did everything that was asked of me, i was then called in to sign and told i would receive my cash in my account within 24hrs, , 24hrs came and gone, no feedback nothing, then i called the agent assisting me who advised me that my bank statement was unclear ,went back there and did yet another application that i never got feedback for , i emailed their complaints department and they said i must resend the documents i told them i had left it at their Thiboult branch, never got any feedback after that, now i was offered to try one last time so i did , was sent this place and that place to get this letter and that letter, then when everything was about to be \approved"i was told that my bank statement had expired 7days is up came in on saturday and got a new one"
