False information provided to customer, customer inconvinienced.

On the 26/07/2023, I went for a withdrawal at Old Mutual Mthatha Plazza. I was told I would get my funds within 7 days, of which it was not the case. On the 6th I went back to do a follow up, I was given no reason why my funds were delayed as they had system issues. They promised to do a follow up yesterday but till now I haven't been paid nor given feed back if when I will get the funds.
