False information

i have resigned from my employment in june 2018 and have submitted all relevant documentation in the 1st week of june im utterly disgusted by the false information given to me from old mutual staff. i was told it would take 5 to 10 working days its been 6 weeks and every week i call they say it is by sars i called this morning an they said it must. still go. does old mutual staff have different systems in the same department? i promised payment to an institution an i have given them a date so old mutual has mislead me into conveying wrong information to my institute . not good service for a huge company.
