False information

<p>I opened the swipe and save money account with old mutual reason being i was attracted by the fact that i will get certain percentage of every money that i use to swipe and wasn't told that i should have a certain amount in my savings account for that percentage to go off to my savings account, and it happened and got the 15% of every cent that i spend to swipe until last tuesday wheb swiped R1882.20 and didn't get the 15% of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to inquire at the old mutual branch in giyani and that lady told me that maybe i will get it because sometimes it takes time to reflect, then waited and nothing happened until today when i called them they told me that i should have had a certain amount in my account for the percentage to go off but i had R2000 in my swipe account and used R1882 and thought i will get the 15% but nothing. I've been told that i should have had a certain amount in my savings account for that 15% to go of. Why wasn't i told that in the first place?</p>
