False info to customer regarding Money Plan

Was contacted by Peer Amina ***) on the 08/03/2016 offering me Money Plan loan reference( ***) which i was approved for R 108,237.12 . Money was going to be distributed as follows Settlement of debts (54,118.57) , Emergency funds of (54,118.55) over a period of 60 months. after i have provided all required details. have contacted then several times as they started ignoring my calls to provide me with feedback as when they were going to settle. the lady started taking me from pillar to post and not giving me a straight answer. still waiting for her supervisor to contact me as they promised since Friday as i want to know what happened to the offer because i signed the signature page and the concerned forms and faxed back. after all paper have been signed and faxed back by the 09/03/2016 the are running around the bush and not paying out as per the Pre-Agreement Statement (Money Plan).<br> <br> Want them to settle the account as promised as they did all checks required per BUREAU. their service was very bad for this transaction as it tracked from the 08/03/2016 till the 11/03/2016 and still haven't got satisfaction. their quick response will be appreciated.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Mr. Lethola
