False Hopes

<p>I have been to Old Mutual Silverton for interviews and also assessments,I was communicating with the managers(Matsobane Kwakwa and also Aliziwe).Of which they promised me that I have to start work as soon as possible and that was in November 2016.I then lost my phone and they could not get hold of me.After I get a new phone I then contacted Matsobane whim he said to me they are still looking for me and that was in January.I was suppose to start employment in February according to them,but it did not happen.In March then Aliziwe said I am suppose to do another assessment before they can place as she is also waiting to work with me.She then promised me that most definately in April I will start working.Ever since then I never heard from both of them,I then went to their company in mid-April where in I found both of them and they told me they cannot take me.I have to go and apply in Centurion or Midrand.Since then I went to CCMA for advice ,but I am still waiting for them as they promised me that I have a job already and I have to start as soon as possible.</p>
