False financial payout advice

Terrible experience!, Old Mutual confirmed payout on a policy for my 70year old mother after my father passed away in March 2017,to this day they have not yet made a single payment. Neither have they even responded to previous Hello Pieter Complaints!!! Old Mutual give false financial advice and continues with this gross business malpractice!!!
