False financial advice given

After consultation with myself and my 70year old mother (the beneficiary) after my father's passing in March 2017, Old mutual consultants and failed to honour the financial payout terms of the policy and until this day 6months later are avoiding to take responsibility for supplying my mother with false financial advice and have done nothing to rectify the mistake as a result my mother have been left without financial assistance in terms of the policy purchased and paid for years! This gross business malpractice from Old Mutual is being viewed in the most serious light and potential investors and clients should be aware of the company's lack of taking responsibility for there mistakes.
