False Advertising / Pathetic Services
How pathetic are your lines and services. We have been trying continuously to get status updates.
1. Your self service portal doesn't help, nor gives you the information you are advertising and looking for. 2. Your sms line for a claim status update doesn't work. 3. You advertise while holding that you can get a status update if you whatsapp. That also doesn't work, nor gives you any option to select it. 4. Your call centre for the superfund never answers the phone.
