**** Old mutual "scheme"

I needed RA last year so i took a policy with Old Mutual group schemes. Iv been paying R500 since July last year 2019 and my premium to R525 this year in April. I filed my tax return and SARS requested for my RA Certificate so then i requsted it from Old Mutual. Its been 3 months they still havnt responded. Theres a refund due to from SARS but theyr witholding because OM refuses with my certificate. How do i provide proof of contribution without a certificate?????? They dnt respond to emails or messages. Im so hurt im beginning to think theres no such things as "Old Mutual group schemes". I want to cancel the policy...nobody responds. Im utterly dissapointed and heartbroken.
