Failure to return my funds
Hi there, I have been saving money on a maxi investment policy since the beginning of the year. When I decided to check the end of November how much interest it generated I was not pleased with all. So I decided to withdraw my funds on my policy via Old Mutual's WhatsApp platform. I did the withdrawal almost three ago, I have been waiting since then. I even lodged the matter with their complaints department but I have been given the run-around. The call centre agents also were not able to assist me.

Till this day, I still haven't received my funds. I even took the time to visit one of your branches but still no funds at all. I am not sure on how to handle this matter anymore and it is so frustrating. Thank you! I'm very dissatisfied with the poor service I have been receiving from Old Mutual.
