Failure to process disinvestment due to the lack of response and urgency with this company.

I’ve requested to disinvest my funds with old mutual. Waited over 3 years for them to contact me. April 2021 they finally contacted me, I asked to disinvest my funds, received forms to complete for disinvestment. After finally completing all the documents requested from me to receive my funds, I now have not heard back from them again. I’ve sent about 4 different emails, received a response for withdrawal, I rep**** to the email stating that it is not a withdrawal, it is a disinvestment. No response there after. I feel this is completely pathetic for such an established company! I would please just like my funds and be completely done with them!
