Failure to payout retrenchment policy.

Good day I took out a retrenchment policy with old mutual. I paid digelantly for ten years. When it became time to payout I had to wait almost two months for the funds to be deposited. I had to make alternative arrangements to make sure I had enough money in my account to let my debit orders go off. The most frustrating however was the fact that had no avenue to complain or enquire. I phoned the 0860 number and after hanging on for 20 minutes I eventually got hold of someone but my complaint fell on deaf ears. I have been a client of old mutual all my working life but will move all my products elsewhere. So disappointed
