Failure to pay Refund amount

Good day<br> <br> Upon cancelling my Life Policy with Old Mutual due to financial difficulties i was promised a refund due to me for a consecutive 3 months since i had the policy for 3 years or more, i was advised to fax a certified Id copy and bank statements of which i did 1st time on the 30/03/15 then they gave a turn around time of 7-10 working days.<br> <br> Nothing was paid then i called again ( not sure of the date) and was given an email to escalate the matter for an agent refund of which i did then got a ref no Bpm *** to confirm the reciept of my escalation and that a refund will be due in a couple of days or something but that never happened???<br> Then again i called on 05/05/15 and spoke to Modiegi who confirmed that the money will be deposited no later than Friday 08/05/15 but until today nothing has been deposited as promised.<br> This now has also brought some doubts in regards with Educational plan that i have with Old Mutual for my Son and Niece that if they can fail a simple refund test what more hustles will it be to pay Thousands of Rands to them once they turn 18 years old...I EVEN THINK OF CANCELLING AND TAKING MY SERVICES TO OTHER COMPANIES WHO'LL VALUE MY WORTH.<br>
