Failure to pay funeral policy !!!
It is one thing to hear about people sharing their horror stories of how Old Mutual made it difficult for them to get their funeral covers and it’s another for the horror to become your lived experience.
I made a claim last Tuesday (18 June 2024) for a funeral on Saturday (22 June 2024) and instead of getting the claim I get excuse after excuse. These delay tactics have made my healing process extra hard and I wouldn’t advise anybody to join. Call centre agents are also very rude !
