failure to deliver on their promise

In february babalwa of KWT branch called ,offering me R1300.00 and had no interest until a problem cropped up.so i went to their east london branch on 1st april 2016 for loan application and they approached king williamstown branch because i had been approached by them 1st.furnished with all the necessary documents and were sent to the above branch and i was told to come on2nd april to sign some staff as it was late already.so on 2nd east london phoned king wiliamston to prepare my application as i wanted to go there personally to sign these papers..i met Lithembe at the above mentioned branch,signed everything and she said i shld expect the money as i left the office and monday being the latest.in short no money was deposited and @arround 10h00 on 4 april i called Litembe and she told me to bring proof of certain payments,did that and she said i sjould expect the money same day before15h00.no money came in and wentto east london branch @14h45 for some answers because when i called lithemba she said there is nothing she can do.they tried to liase with her and when i left the office i was told to expect an sms of the money being deposited which i until now i did not get that sms
