Failure to complete transfer of fund for over a yr

In 2014 January I have move from one company to the other. In the new company I find out that the pension and provident funs are handled by Oldmutual. I requested NMG to transfer my fund to Oldmutual but oldmutual failed to submit the ROT after the NMG consulted has request the documents from oldmutual. I have written email just to get the urgency but is story after the other. Urgency is non existent, professionalism does not exist and I doubt the competency. My grade R son can complete this task in one day not one year that has taken oldmutual superfund.
