Failure to cancel policy
I'm very unsatisfied with the refunding process of the cancelation I've put in last year September...the premium keeps going through every month and they keep coming up with excuses on why the cancelation was not going through..I went to the branch I went to a branch in lichtenburg last year to cancel it and I also went to a branch in Vryburg 3 weeks back for follow up but still nothing is being done..I would like to get my money back as the policy has been canceled
