Failing to reply to clients emails.

On 08 January 2021 I received the following reply to my email to them that reads as ffl:- Thank you for contacting Old Mutual Wealth. This is an automatic reply to confirm we have received your e-mail.

To ensure faster response, please ensure the subject line includes, the client name, contract number and transaction. To Date they have failed to reply.
