Failing to increase premiums of my savings investment

I took a funeral and retirement/savings policy with old mutual, i regret taking it with them and giving them business, when i ask them to increase my monthly premiums for my pension you have to call them and ask them to do it a simple thing to upgrade their call center will send you you from pillar to post. I am looking at other options they are not the only institution who you can save with. Incompetence at its best
