Took out a policy with them but had to cancel due to financial difficulties and I made sure I cancel before the date of the payment however the money was deducted anyway and this was on the 25th of June. I called the same day to ask for refund and I was advised it would take 9 working days but I still didn't receive anything, I called again last week Thursday the 11th of July and they apologized and advised they are not sure what happened and asked me to allow 2 working days and I still haven't receive anything till this day, the amount we are talking about is over R1000, it was taken on the 25th of June its the 17th of July today
