Extremely rude!

4th Feb I got a call from Isabella while I was in PnP. She never asked if was convenient to talk - just said she wanted to set up meeting with her boss re my Old Mutual policy. I asked to email me, & once received, would see if I wanted the meeting. She confirmed my address & proceeded to push me further for a time & date. I then lost cell reception and call was lost. I received email 5th Feb: 'Good day Stacey<br> As I was trying to explain to you, my advisor would like to do a review on your current policy that you have with Old Mutual as well as to see if there may be any other need that you require <br> Please let me know whether I can make an appointment for you with him for next week<br> Please find attached an Letter of consent form that you need to sign and send back to me for the advisor to be able to help you with the product.'<br> You can see, the email already starts off rather obnoxiously. NB that she has not once mentioned WHO her boss is? As I already have an Old Mutual advisor, I was a bit concerned. I asked who her advisor is and she said:Arlo Cronje. I then said no thanks. Her reply: Thank you for letting me know although you could have informed me before I wasted my time.'
